I must say that my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. In this day and age where we are all just numbers in a system, it was welcome that we received and personal care throughout our experience that made a bad situation bearable. We needed a place to stay whilst emergency repairs were being done to our home. The owners helped us every day to ensure that we got the best rates and absolutely cared about our wellbeing. The proprietors are a wonderful example of multiple generations working hard for a brighter future and setting a fine example of good old fashioned people caring about people. We will never stay anywhere else while in this area. Great location near all of the shopping and entertainment just literally minutes away. Loved the Aladdin Motel and its owners!

5 stars isn’t enough for this place! It’s family owned and operated, and they treat it like their home; every detail is catered to. The walk in showers are beautiful marble, the place is immaculately clean, and provides amenities like a full sized fridge, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, and overall a very welcoming environment. The windows of the units are tinted to where the room doesn’t have prying eyes if you want to enjoy the view of the water, the air conditioning is cold, and the staff is extremely friendly and caring of their guests. I was here on business, but I would recommend this place to anyone in the Cocoa Beach area. Book here, save 80% off the beach hotels, and get treated like a human being!
The rooms were very clean and redone. Nice bathroom. Full refrigerator and microwave. For the price it was a great stay. Staff was friendly. Better than it looks on the outside. Don't judge a book by its cover. Would stay again.
It's more expensive during the weekends, but you can get a daily rate for around $75. Very convenient location off of SR 520.

This is a simple clean motel. The location was perfect for our needs, but there is not much around. It is family run and clearly they care about the property and guests. The beds and bedding were new, clean and comfortable. Service was pleasant and welcoming.
